Patrick will be a very busy guy when he gets into Ottawa.

The first presentation will be a private gathering of 24 people for a sampling of rare whiskies from Zuidam Distillers. These two and half hours will include a few 20-year-old and older, rare whiskies and a “Surprise Dram” combined with fine foods selected for these whiskies in a relaxing atmosphere where Patrick will take the time to interact with the guests and dive deep into the world of whisky and the passion that goes into his production.

This will be done within a whisky environment on Friday evening, September 29, 2023.
