Rachel Beausoleil is a multi-lingual Canadian jazz fusion artist, and award-nominated producer. Her genuine passion shines through every note she sings. She has a penchant for Latin and Brazilian grooves, performing and writing songs in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. She leads several combos and has performed in both Canada and Brazil.

Tony Frankel, StageAndCinema.com, says “her vocals are so endearing, enchanting, and entrancing.” Rachel has produced four jazz recordings: Close to My Heart (2001), The Dawning (2009), Brazz (2020), and her latest, Sol da Capital (2023) which is a full album of originals.

She joins forces with guitarist Garry Elliott and percussionist Liz Hanson, to bring you gems from the Brazilian popular music repertoire and some originals from Rachel’s latest CD!
