Tracy K Trio

A rare Ottawa appearance by soulful harmonica maven Tracy K and her sultry, raspy-edged vocals in a set of swinging blues and jazz rhythms. Favoured local pros Lucas Haneman on guitar and Sage Reynolds on bass fill out the trio. Based in Winnipeg, Tracy K’s storied career boasts international accolades and airplay, with recognizable achievements from Toronto, Memphis and fan bases across Canada, the US, and Europe. She has four albums, nine awards, and appears on several compilations, including German label Ruf Record’s 2016 release Blues Harp Women. A whose who of A-list collaborators and concerts on tour and in-studio over her thirty-year career are too numerous to mention. Tracy K’s last appearance in Ottawa was nearly fifteen years ago for a CBC Canada Live recording at The Rainbow, and Canada Reads, Ontario Rocks. She’s here visiting family, and MSL serendipitously booked her on the shortest of notice. Find more at  and socials.
