SAGE REYNOLDS: TRIO EXPLORATIONS 3

A series of shows by bassist/composer Sage Reynolds, these performances will focus on the unique types of musical interactions that happen while playing in different trio formats. This third show will highlight one of Sage’s favourite types of jazz trios (tenor sax, double bass, and drums) while performing with two of Ottawa’s finest musicians. Offerings will include original compositions, standards, jazz interpretations of music from other genres, and jazz compositions made famous on albums with this instrumentation.
